Lemon curd is a typical British lemon cream perfect for filling pastry or covering cakes. It is also delicious on toast for breakfast or as a complement to desserts. It has a very natural flavour and a creamy texture.
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, lemon juice from concentrate 7%, Margarine (vegetable oils: palm, rape, palm fractions, water), maize starch, dried whole egg, gelling agent (pectin), acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrates), lemon oil 0,06%, colour (beta carotene), anti-oxidant (ascorbic acid).
